As the 2023-2024 Omaha ASPE Chapter Board of Directors, we’d like to welcome you to the chapter website! We hope you find the information in this website useful. ASPE has a wealth of information available to our members. This web site is a way for our members to access both Society and local chapter information. Chapter Goals
The Omaha Chapter’s goals for 2023-2024 are focused on providing value to our members, including:

Provide quality programs. The diverse programs and building tours will provide interesting technical information.

Offer technical sessions and seminars for professional development opportunities.

Participate in relaxing and enjoyable social events.

Create an environment where our members can meet and share information

Provide a forum for social interaction which promotes goodwill and friendships among the membership within our industry.

Look to increase corporate and individual member participation in supporting ASPE research.
Region 5
Region 5 has set the following Goal for 2023 – 2024 year:

Award of Merit for 80% of the chapters.

Minimum of 11 Chapter events during Engineers Week.
-
10% growth (Target 1600+ total members) in Region 5.

All chapter leaders and members get involved in mentoring someone. ASPE Mentoring Program
Monthly Meetings
Please join us at our monthly meetings! Our meetings are open to both members and non-members, so please check us out. Meetings are held monthly in Omaha, normally, on the first Thursday of the month at DJ's Dugout (777 N. 114th Street). Meeting check-in begins at 11:30. Meeting information is posted in the monthly ASPE Newsletter.
